Through serving others, you can foster relationships that can change how you drive results in your organization. We become more invested into the people that we are serving, a few things happen. First, your team becomes more aligned because the task of doing the job becomes easier because you are doing it with people that you want to be around. Second, the goals and expectations of the organiation becomes easier to achieve due to the fact that everyone doesnt mind serving people they have built a relationship with.
