Whether you realize it or not, you are influencing your team. I often reference John Maxwell's definition of leadership. when I think about how a leader should opeerate. Here is the definition:
Leadership is influence, nothing more, noithing less. When we think about this, what comes to mind? For me, I think about how does my leadership move people towards adding value to themselves and the organizations they serve. Tyler is spot on with his reference of Truett.
