Hello February!
A new month is a new reason to start picking up a new habit or letting go of a bad habit you have picked up over the years! As leaders, we must continue to better ourselves to provide our team members with the best versions of ourselves. I challenge you to pick one habit that you are bringing into February and one habit that you are leaving in January.
Here are some examples:
INS:
Working out 30 minutes a day
Journaling for 10 minutes in the morning
Communicating to everyone when I walk into my shift
Affirming someone on my team every shift
Meeting with a team member once a week to further their development.
Meal prepping on Sundays
Reading 10 pages a day
OUTS:
Sleeping less than 7 hours
Not communicating results daily to my team
Doubting my possibilities
Not trying to learn something new
Not going outside for fresh air
