Today, let's discuss the next three things we can do to build credibility and trust as a young leader! Check out part 1 in the post from Tuesday!

4. Lead by example: Model the behavior and work ethic that you expect from your team. Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic in all that you do. Remember someone is always watching the things that you do! You want to encourage them to follow your habits!

5. Build relationships: You can make a larger impact on your team's future if they truly feel cared for and valued. Take the time to get to know your team members individually. Learn their goals, hobbies, and even frustrations. Show empathy and support their professional development. Building strong relationships fosters trust and encourages open communication.

6. Be consistent: Consistency in your actions and decisions helps build trust. Make sure you are leading the same no matter who is around! Strive to be fair and predictable in your interactions with team members.

Building credibility and trust takes time, so be patient and persistent in your efforts!
