Often times in our journey in developing as a leader, we feel like we have to be perfect. The honest truth is that you will have a lot of great days where everything about you as a leader is clicking. There will also be bad days where you fall short. The key is in this is to attempt to maintain your integrity and to bounce back from the mistakes or opportunities that you are facing.
It’s natural to feel the tension in the emotions outlined in this graphic. The goal is to get better every day and in doing so, there will be bumps along the way.
