Join us as we talk about the journey to becoming an operator and the life of an operator with Kyle Ashby!  Kyle is a former football player turned Chick-fil-A Operator!  Kyle is a powerlifter and an outdoorsman who is passionate about the development of others.  Kyle went through the Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program and was granted the opportunity to become an operator. He will be sharing his story and providing valuable tips from his process.Â
