Lead Better Operator Series ft. Kareem Edwards

What does it take to bet on yourself—and prepare for an opportunity that has not arrived yet?

Join The Pivot Experience for a special Lead Better: Operator Series conversation with Kareem Edwards, Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator.

Kareem’s journey has taken him from Far Rockaway, Queens, to Wall Street, Kraft Heinz, Google, and ultimately Chick-fil-A. His story is not simply about becoming an Operator; it is about purpose, preparation, humility, and developing the courage to pivot when success and fulfillment no longer mean the same thing.

During this live conversation, we will explore:

• The experiences that shaped Kareem’s leadership

• What he had to unlearn when moving from corporate leadership to restaurant ownership
