How do you approach risk?
As leaders, I believe we should be willing to take risks. There are so many positive things that come as a result of be a risk taker. New performance goals are met and the reward can be great, but there is one very important item we have to consider. We have to take an account of what we need in order to make a GREAT decision in the risks we are wanting to take. I'm not saying that we should spend a lot of time in trying to do research on your risk, but you have to at least do your due diligence.
In taking risk, you will never be able to account for every single thing, but you want to be as prepared as you can in order for your risks to payoff.
When is the last time you took a risk? Did you take into account the cost? I dare you to post a time when you took a risk! Let's talk about.
