I am very thankful for growth in this area of my leadership! As I said in the lead better on Sunday (we are working on having the replay available) I consider myself an emotional intelligence baby! I truly believe that emotional intelligence can change your leadership. The first pilar of emotional intelligence is self awareness. You must be aware of who you are and be willing to admit the areas of your emotional intelligence that need growth!
