There are a lot of things one should consider when building a great team. Here are 2 things I want you to consider: Follow-Up and Feedback.
Follow-Up is important in keeping your team's accountable to moving forward. Once the expectations are laid out and are clear, following up maintains focus for your team and it galvanizes them!
Feedback keeps your team aligned with the role you have for them moving forward. When we give feedback in a timely manner, we bring our teams together through push them to be the best versions of themselves!
