Often times, us as leaders get stuck on situations and we allow them to affect us personally. I totally understand why this is BUT, we have to get in the
place that allows us to observe versus absorb.
When we observe we create the opportunity to objectively give insight and fix any issues that may present.
Your team sees when you absorb things and allow them to affect your demeanor and how you go about leading.
