During our recent Lead Better virtual meeting, the focus was on exploring various strategies to enhance emotional intelligence within our team. A key aspect of effective relationship management that emerged from our discussion was the importance of demonstrating care towards those we lead.

In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, juggling work responsibilities, personal commitments, and self-care, it can be easy to overlook the significance of expressing care towards our team members. However, dedicating just 2-10 minutes each week to engage in acts of kindness can go a long way in fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Simple gestures such as writing a heartfelt thank-you note, surprising someone with a cup of coffee, or offering assistance to help them tackle their tasks can make a significant impact on the well-being and morale of our colleagues.
