Identify opportunities for other leaders to succeed. There are a lot of problems we solve on a daily. The next problem you have to solve, find someone on your team that has the capacity to solve it and let them solve it.
Delegate business related task to allow your team to expand their knowledge and deepen your bench. A big goal for you as a leader is to to continue to expose leaders to new things, by picking the right purpose to take over task in the business will help them understand more on what's going on in the business.
